To Remove: Stand mop upright with wringer handle facing toward you. To loosen mop head, push handle towards the mop stick until it clicks. Slide sponge off. To Replace: Side sponge onto bracket in direction of the insert arrow or onto hook. Pull handle down to secure the mop head.

I just bought this and have used it once. I saw the negative reviews regarding it's durability. My first one lasted pretty well. When it fell apart, it did so all at once.I did a lot of scrubbing before that, though. So these are lasting pretty well for me, so far.
