Thank you for letting us know about your experience. It is our priority to ensure customer satisfaction. This model is a non-filter model. We would recommend either the Elkay LZS8WSLK ezH2O Bottle Filling Station with Single ADA Cooler which is a filtered model or add the Elkay EWF3000 Universal Filtration Kit (3000-Gallon). Both include a filter that is tested and certified to NSF 42 and 53 for lead, Class 1 particulate, chlorine taste and odor reduction.
