These are wonderful! Excellent texture, crisp, tasty, and super low in calories. I put some cottage cheese in my blender, added sweetener, then broke a few of these up into the mixture. Cover it and put it in fridge for a few hours and I kid you not, it tastes like a cream cheese cake. The cookies soak up any fluids and break apart slightly to create a crust. Try it!
