Of course, if truth be told, this is a second hand review — I did not personally eat these terrific looking sandwich cookies. But I did personally watch our 2 dogs jump with joy — and the second time I brought out these cookies they sat down so politely doing everything to be sure they would be rewarded! This is definitely their favorite treat now! I have nick-named the cookies the “OOOOOrios” . They already have learned a new word in their doggy vocabulary!! All I have to say now is: OO - and whatever is going on everything stops and the dogs are waiting patiently for what they know will be very special. By the way, sometimes, I break the cookie in 2 halves of the circle and put one each in a fillable Kong toy— it extends the time they can enjoy the cookie. That solves the only downside: It is so delicious they were tempted to just gobble it down in a few seconds! Thank you Three Dog Bakery for such a great product.

After several trips to the vet, we learned that our pitbull is allergic to chicken and I mean very sensitive to any part of the chicken and has serious reactions! So we had to find food and treats that were chicken free. It is very difficult to do that nowadays just because the front of the package or box or bag says that the flavor if you will is peanut butter, lamb, beef, etc., if you flip it over and read the ingredients you will most likely see the words, chicken fat, chicken byproduct, chicken meal. I was appalled that by reading the front of the packaging you think you're getting one thing yet all of these are in it! I found three dog Bakery initially because I seen the words “peanut butter“ and thought maybe just maybe and sure enough I flipped it over and there was absolutely no chicken in it and I was so excited and especially at the fact that it's a nice little cookie. It smells like an Oreo cookie and it had in it exactly what it said it had it in it! So now my cute pup can enjoy a treat without breaking out in hives and I don't have to pay $25 for it!
