Im not used to kimchi but its very good for digestion, so adding it to my diet. i like the flavor, but its rather sour and spicy, so be advised. it's different than American food but i think its worth getting used to. i may try a different brand next time to compare.

I like that the ingredients don't read like a chemistry set, and the probiotic benefits are a nice bonus. I really love the flavor I love mixing it with everything Good probiotic delicious I just ordered more hopefully they all come and good condition They were not packaged very well and one of the lids was already open like the air came out of it and the packaging didn't have no protection it's glass but the product is absolutely amazing better packaging And it would make this extraordinary
