Desitin is the best diaper cream out there. When our kid had diarrhea from daycare, diaper rash cream was soo important. The purple one is more effective when baby has an active diaper rash, and the blue one here is more for daily usage after every bowel movement. Easiest to apply with one of those diaper ointment applicator sticks.
