Never Received My Order
I ordered two of these lunchboxes but made my device made an error of automatically entering my previous address for delivery and I have finalized the order right away. Upon realizing this error, I tried to correct my error right away and searched for a hotline number to contact but NO, THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL. I resorted to sending an email ASAP and was replied the next day and was told that since the order has been fulfilled, they cannot change the address anymore. we've tried a million lunch boxes, and so far it's my favorite. TBH, although it's dishwasher safe, it's better to wash by hand, since no matter what you do, it ends up with a bit of residue that I'm not a fan of (I have a new dishwasher, so it's not an issue with that).

Good for daycare
I was looking for a cost effective, easy to clean, daycare friendly non-toxic lunch container for my toddler. Glass is not an option for daycare and metal ones didn't seem like they would clean/seal well. So far this has worked very well for parents and daycare employees. My only concerns are labels don't stick very well long term because of the silicone and getting the lid to seal/lock to the compartments is a little tricky. Haven't tested if compartments are water tight.
