This tea really relaxes me just in time for bed! After a few sips I can breathe, and the weight of the day goes away. I think the main ingredients that help with that are the L-Theanine and the chamomile. The taste is really good and comforting. I add a small splash of no sugar vanilla creamer. The tea is also organic! Great product.
