Great alternative and substitutes well.

Switched from cow milk to this for diet. I am pleasantly surprised that I enjoy this and don't miss other milk. I've used in cooking and didn't notice a change and made chocolate milk with this and my kids even loved it. My kids LOVE milk and now they enjoy this just as much and ill tell you they are PICKY! Its worth and one time try and its far less fat offering a healthier option. As a past barista I've used this to make latte and its also very good for that usage to. Pairs well with a coffee flavor. Or as a steamer.

Great for your health, Low in calories!

I really like this product! great taste by itself but does not interfere with other things I mix it with....nice smooth consistency. I do not like regular milk, which is thick and goopy. this product has enough body to replace conventional milk in all of my recipes or drink straight because of its light smooth texture. The best part is it's sugar free and only 30 calories per serving and being an almond milk it has a generous amount of protein! If you hav not tried it, you should. Oh! and the shelf life refrigerated is 4X that of milk!

Great for smoothies

I use this every day for my protein smoothies. I love it because it is low in carbs. It does not take away from the other flavors in the smoothie. I did not rate flavor a 5 as I do not drink it by itself. It might be a bit pricey, but it is not a traditional milk and everything is expensive these days. I buy 2 at a time and use 8 oz in each smoothie.
