I buy these vitamins for my teen. He has an active busy schedule with playing sports so we don't always have the time to eat a healthy nutritious meal all the time. I feel that these vitamins supplement the nutrients he is missing. He says they taste great and he always remembers on his own to take the vitamin after dinner because he says it's like a little sweet treat. As a Mom, I love that they have natural ingredients, sugar free, and methylated folate. It's a win win. I definitely recommend you try them for yourself.
