I've been buying these vitamins for my daughter for about a year now and I like the amount of supplements she is getting from each vitamin. I stopped doing gummy vitamins for her because they are mostly sugar and do not provide the sufficient amount of supplements my daughter should have. The only negative thing is that my daughter doesn't really care for the taste of them, but she has been like that with any chewable vitamin she has had.
