My little guy needs this as part of his nightly routine. He hated when we used the regular little squeeze bottles. Not sure if it's because he's a little older now (9months), but he loves this. He'll lean into it and give me his nose, and we say “achoo” with each spray. He thinks it's so funny and it's become a painless task for him. It sprays in whatever angle you have it in.
