Being a diabetic with leg cramps in the middle of the night that actually wake you up and jump yourself out of bed, this item is a must. I always have 2 bottles in my pantry because it taste just like the pickle juice you drink from the glass jar after finishing the pickles. It helps relieve my leg cramps real fast in the middle of the night so I can get back to sleeping. I have tried others and they do not (NOT EVEN CLOSE) to the taste of pickle juice. This one taste just like it.
