B50 Spring Valley
I had no clue what B50 was until I started looking up B vitamins for my 75 year old mom who has NO energy whatsoever and I ordered a bottle and try them myself and I could feel a bit of energy the very first day I took one. It is absolutely amazing and I will start giving to my mom and see if they will work for her and try to update here after she takes them for awhile. I would also like to comment that my blood work is perfect and so is my moms and the point is that the vitamin B50 still worked dor me maybe we just need that extra boost ( it works almost like a vitamin B shot for me.

I love Spring Valley brand of vitamins, I particularly like this B 50 complex, because it's not such a mega dose, like many of the b vitamin products, and it's time release, which is so important, as it's in your body all day, as opposed to a few hours.
