Always pride yourself in cooking ....I never have to pay really big bucks for a pan....these pans do an excellent job when used correctly. The pan does not make good food...the chef makes good food...The non stick surface pans serve my cooking needs and the cakes were fantastic. Baking times are adjusted to the recipe and ovens are not all the same heat.
