Great for dairy sensitivity

Before I started taking this, I was forced to eliminate most dairy from my diet. Now, I just take one right before my first bite or sip and it actually works! It's super easy to use, you can take many doses in a day, and it doesn't really have much of a taste. Could not live without this stuff now.

No gluten symptoms with these

I need gluten free. These say gluten free and they actually seem to be, unlike some other brands that say they are, but the ingredient sources have apparently changed and they started giving me symptoms. Very difficult nowadays to find true gluten free. Glad to have found this brand of lactase enzyme. They work great with ice cream :D

Chew or Swallow

Equate's lactose intolerance tablets are chewable though they can be swallowed with water or other liquid of your choice. I take two tablets but I have friends that only need one. I like this version of this Equate brand because it does not contain artificial sweetener. The other Equate lactose intolerance tablets contain mannitol so be careful to read the ingredients list before buying if this is a concern.
