Don’t have these shipped

I ordered these on Walmart.com %26 was told (on the website) that they would have to be shipped. So I agreed %26 paid for them online. When I received them, every single pretzel was cracked at least one. Not 1 pretzel was intact. I was very disappointed. I wanted to use these for chocolate covered pretzels. I can still eat them, but I’ll never get these through Walmart shipping again!
