If you're single, you may want to do what I do. I cut each piece in half and wrap the four pieces in wax paper, put in baggies, and freeze. Then, when you want to fix it, just thaw one piece in frig overnight. I slice it, put a little water in the skillet and let it cook till the water is gone, then brown. SO good with mac and cheese or even for breakfast with eggs.

Fast and easy dinners!

Great product! I always have spare packages in my fridge because there are so many quick and easy recipes using smoked sausage. Our favorite is a "lasagna" of sorts using tortellini, smoked sausage, ricotta cheese and diced tomatoes. Stack the ingredients, bake for 20-30 minutes and voila!

WOW, this IS some good stuff!

Oh yea baby. I just ate this. Took 1 link cut in half. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Dropped in my cast-iron skillet and season it. Smelling good. Pulled the meat aside. Now 6 scrambled eggs with a splash of "heavy whipping cream" also from %23WM. At just the right time drop the meat back in. Next grated cheese on top. OMG .....served up with a hot cup of coffee and a little bit of the same cream. BOOM!!!!
