Why starve your body of its necessary nutrients and sabotage your gains? It may seem like a lot of pills at first, but your body is doing a million different things at once and this multi-vitamin stak is the best way to give it everything it needs without also worrying about missing crucial vitamins or minerals amongst your sea of other vitamin bottles. "Did I take that one already? Was I meant to do more than one of these?". None of that, just the pack, one-and-done. I'll never buy anything else
