I feel that making it seem like these are regular blueberry, like traditional blueberry Pop-tarts, is slightly misleading. I expected the traditional flavor, but somehow, these taste fully like blueberry scones. I'm not complaining, they're absolutely delicious, but the flavor is definitely different. The texture of the crust on these 10g protein Pop-tarts is infinitely better than the original. It's softer, smoother, and somehow tastes the same and better at the same time? The cinnamon brown sugar is that way, but otherwise tastes just like the regular, with the added bonus of protein. I don't think I'll ever look at regular Pop-tarts the same, and that is not even remotely an exaggeration. With regular Pop-tarts, I almost ALWAYS have to heat them up for them to really be good, but these are just as good straight out of the package.

Like the fact that it has a little protein so I feel better about eating it and getting a little nutrition. Not a bad taste a little more firm than the regular pop tarts but not too firm and still has a pop tart taste and not a chalky taste. I recommend the protein pop tarts over the regular pop tarts if you’re trying to make better choices in food health.
