Water in or not? Contradicting instructions.

How come instructions say to not apply when rain is in the forecast but yet recommend watering in for 20 minutes? I read to water in so I applied when I knew it was going to rain rather than wasting water by using a sprinkler. All pellets seem to have be absorbed by my lawn.

Thank you for your feedback. Scotts Healthy Turf Builder Fungicide and Lawn Food should be applied to dry grass and must be watered in immediately for 15 to 20 minutes after the application. After initial watering, do not water lawn for 24 hours after application or apply when rain is expected within 24 hours of application. Need clarification

Instructions state you can re-apply every 28 days but should allow 1 month in between applications and no more than 4 times a year. Huh?

Healthy Turf Builder should only be used 4 times per year. If you are going to make back to back applications there should be 30 days in between the applications.
