COOK WITH COLOR Electric Griddle, 1200W Nonstick 10" x 16" Cooking Surface, Cream

My household loves breakfast for dinner and I have been wanting a griddle for a long time. I currently have one of those small griddle skillets and let's just say...making only two pancakes at a time really puts a damper on cooking. Haha. Plus, I'm excited to be able to cook bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns...all the good stuff! The Cook With Color griddle is not only beautiful in the dusty rose/pink color but it truly does cook well! There are so many great things I love about it starting with the size. It's large enough to cook for my family with around 8 good size pancakes or a whole pack of bacon at a time. Surprisingly though, it is extremely compact and lightweight! Storing it isn't an issue as it isn't bulky at all. It goes great in the storage under the oven. It is a non-stick surface so it isn't necessary to use cooking spray or butter though I always do. Cord length is great and connects easily to allow a temp up to 400 degrees. I really love the little drip tray to collect excess grease or little bits. You can collect all of your bacon grease from there to easily pour in your container if you save it like I do. Cleaning it is also really simple. With the surface being so smooth, everything just wipes off with a bit of dish soap. Breakfast nights in our home are definitely easier, less messy, and less daunting from here on out!

This electric griddle is lightweight and requires no real set up. It's heat up fast and evenly. Decided to make pancakes so I poured a tablespoons worth of oil onto the non stick surface and gently spread it over the entire non stick surface. The pancakes formed up and cooked evenly and quickly. I'm going to buy a plastic spatula to use on the griddle as our metal spatula made a loud scraping noise on the griddle surface but didn't scratch it. Liked the easy to follow instructions on how to operate and clean up of the griddle was simple and easy to accomplish.
