its easy and i mean easy to set up. any one who says they had trouble with it, doesn't have simple common sense in following instructions, sorry but it true. I'm handicapped/disabled and set it up alone. This Gazebo is so great, I'm buying another. just one fit 2 8 ft tables with 10 chairs each comfortably. it's sturdy too, it rained here with some wind(don't know the wind speed, but it was breezy enough to move palm trees leaves) and it didn't budge with the sand bags. i recommend this gazebo 100% and I wasn’t paid for this review. its 100% genuine and sincere.
