Very high-quality cotton swabs. The cotton is tightly woven instead of having loose strands like my other brand, which I like. And it seems to have about the same amount of cotton on both ends. The stick is shorter so people with large hands may not find it as comfortable, but it posed no issues for us. The stick is so sturdy I couldn't even bend it when I tried. I'd buy again.
