What stands out is that I haveta WRESTLE with the hose to get it STRAIGHT to use it... and what stands out again, is it RECOILS automatically so its easy to store. Secondly, there is only "friction" securing the hose to the vacuum head and that is often not enough to keep it in place. I have had to add a clamp to secure it.
