These actually work for long sous vide cooks at 180 degrees. I did a 48?hour cook on some really tough meat, and the bags held up perfectly. Make sure you cut off the first inch of the roll so it seats right in your sealer. Great seals, no leaks yet. Absolutely ordering more.

We break down bulk meat into smaller freezer packs, and I freeze lots of homegrown vegetables too. These bags hold up well and play nice with our machine.
