I keep these in my

One before lunch (or in lieu of protein) and one before dinner, which is usually late in the evening. The flavor and spiciness is just right. The protein amount keeps me satisfied longer. I started Chomps with this flavor, and it's still my favorite.

Having had to deal with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had to deal with autoimmune illnesses most of my life, it was a bit of a shock to be diagnosed recently with lymphoma. I chose a restricted diet to help combat the illness. It's a carnivore adjacent diet. I saw a commercial on tv for Chomp, ordered, and wow…. what a gift they are. I'm unable to eat a lot at one time, and those sticks are so perfect. And SO good! What a wonderful treat for me. I'm a fan, and will order as often as I'm able. THANKS!
