When one is doing organic gardening, we need complete fertilizer that ignites fire in the soil. Espoma Garden-tone, has a blend of the organic ingredients (feather meal, poultry manure, Bone meal, alfalfa meal, green sand, etc). What make is magical is the generous supplement of beneficial microbes (6 million CFUs per gram). It is these beneficial microbes that start immediately working on the fertilizer, and converts the fertilizer into plant consumable form. Most other organic fertilizer does not contain these beneficial microbes. Unlike chemical fertilizer, it continues to provide nutrients at a steady rate. Really great stuff, I was using some liquid fish fertilizer, neptunes harvest before, but was looking for a more cost effective solution. Easy to apply, just dump it around your already established plants. They took off immediately after I applied it. Will definitely buy again.
