My doctors advised my to remove dairy from my diet. It was difficult at first to get used to the taste of non dairy products such as yogurt and ice cream but I did for the sake of my health. So Be products helped me make the transition much easier. Their yogurt, ice cream and other products are delicious. The yogurt is a little thin but I find if you stir the product before you eat it it's much better, creamier. So much better than SILK which is terrible 😣. Never buy SILK, especially their yogurt.

Alpha-gal friendly

My wife has Alpha-gal syndrome and can't have mammalian products (in this case, no dairy). This has proved to be a very good substitute for regular yogurt, although at a higher price. But, her diet is so limited now that the price doesn't matter as much.

Great For Oats

My review is more so on it being an ingredient, i do not eat it by its self. Its great for over night oats. I use it instead of milk. It gives a great taste and texture. The yogurt its self is also smooth. Ive also added it to dairy- free baked goods like muffins.
