My wife has Alpha-gal syndrome and can't have mammalian products (in this case, no dairy). This has proved to be a very good substitute for regular yogurt, although at a higher price. But, her diet is so limited now that the price doesn't matter as much.

I love this brand as a vegan who strives to find clean products. I use this to make dressing or just throw in some frozen organic blueberries with a drizzle of raw honey and a few chopped pecans. This will work great for a poppyseed dressing for kale salad with sunny seeds, dried cranberry, and peeled broccoli stems.
