Frosted Frog Limited Lifetime Warranty Limited Lifetime Warranty Frosted Frog warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product. If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, Frosted Frog will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. Replacement products will be new and of equal or greater value. This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Frosted Frog retailers or directly from Frosted Frog. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. ________________________________________ What Is Covered • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship • Structural integrity of the product body under normal, intended use Coverage is provided at Frosted Frog’s discretion in the form of repair or replacement. ________________________________________ What Is Not Covered This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or third-party modifications • Normal wear and tear • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or color fading • Rubber feet • Drain plugs • Gaskets or seals • Accessories or add-on components Frosted Frog reserves the right to determine whether a claim falls within the terms of this warranty. ________________________________________ Limitations of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frosted Frog shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. ________________________________________ How to Submit a Warranty Claim To submit a claim, please contact Frosted Frog Customer Service and provide: 1. Proof of purchase 2. Description of the issue 3. Photographs of the product and defect If your claim is approved, Frosted Frog will provide further instructions regarding repair or replacement.
