Product Usage Precautions
To ensure safety and performance, please read the following precautions carefully before use:
● This charger has a maximum total power of 50W and a maximum total output current of 10A. Please ensure the total power or total current of all connected devices does not exceed this limit. When using a single port independently, its maximum output current is 2.4A.
● Do not connect high-power heating appliances with USB interfaces (such as studio lights or fill lights). These devices may cause the charger to overload and trigger protection.
● Under normal circumstances (assuming the charging current for each phone does not exceed 2A), this charger can charge up to 5 phones simultaneously. If the total current of connected devices exceeds 10A (e.g., connecting more than 5 devices or using high-power devices), the charger will automatically activate its safety shut-off protection, indicated by a flashing light.
● When multiple ports are used simultaneously for charging, the charger operates under a high load, and it is normal for the casing to become warm. Please rest assured this is normal.
● It is recommended to follow the charging sequence of "connecting the charger to power first, then connecting your devices." If you need to use your phone while it is charging, it is advisable to remove other electronic devices or appliances from the charger to reduce the load and ensure stable charging.
● If the indicator light suddenly turns off during use, it means the charger has triggered over-temperature or over-current protection. To resume use, please follow these steps:
1. Unplug the power cord and disconnect all connected devices.
2. Wait a few minutes for the charger to cool down internally.
3. Reconnect the power cord. Once the indicator light is on steadily, you can resume charging.
4. After restarting, please reduce the number of devices being charged simultaneously to avoid triggering protection again.
