I can't honestly say I tried the product BUT my nephew in the Navy (6+ yrs) request it by name when deployed. He was deployed "for the holidays" and I asked what he wanted and Mountain House was the first and only request. So to our servicemen "let them have Mountain House" Be safe buddy!!
