Cutting to the chase. I have
Cutting to the chase. I have compared this directly to the competing products from Patagonia, Mountain Hardwear and First Ascent- all lightweight, DWR-coated outer shell, and 800-fp down jackets/sweaters. This Zeus jacket is hands-down the best value for the price. Same loft and down as the EB/FA, but better fit and materials with less down leakage. Same quality materials as the Patagonia and MHW, but more down, loft and warmth than them.

Bouhht for Alaskan winter
I bought the jacket for a holiday to Anchorage and Fairbanks and it's done truely well! Coupled with thermals I've been fine in -15*C and with another jacket survived -42*C.

I did a lot of research looking for a coat that was both stylish, warm and was not North Face. The Zeus was exactly what I was looking for! Amazing how light the coat is and still keeps you warm. Just after wearing it one day it was amazing the amount of compliments i recieved. I am a Marmot customer for life!!! I have already influenced 10 people (in just a week after getting it) to consider Marmot if they are looking for a new coat. Thanks
