First, let me say that I was either going to give this one star… Assuming that the powers that you might look at it and wanna know why or five stars because I buy this every week several of them and think I can speak to the quality pretty well… It's the best cottage cheese flavor, salt factory everything considered next to Knuts first, let me say that I was either going to give this one star… Assuming that the powers that you might look at it and wanna know why or five stars because I buy this every week several of them and think I can speak to the quality pretty well… It's the best cottage cheese flavor, salt factor etc.( all out winner in this category is definitely still Knudsens small curd cottage cheese) But here's the problem… They cannot make their mind up, whethe but here's the problem… There is zero difference between the small curd and the large curd with the great value… I have had cashew sized and bigger curds in the small curve cur is zero difference between the small curd and the large curd with the great value… I have had cashew sized and bigger curds in the small curd and also have had to drain up to 2 cups of liquid out just to get the cottage cheese… That has actually improved a bit, so the consistency is a little bit more even but still sometimes too loose sometimes to dry… But there's been no change in the consistency of the small and large card they are just simply identical… Other than that the price is awesome and far and way beats the other stores within it realm.
