Milky toner that makes my skin feel super soft afterwards. Not really a scent to it which is fine. I leave it in the fridge so that it feels nice and cool when I apply it to my face. I have oily skin and this keeps my face moisterized but without adding to my oiliness hehe. Also love that it is a vegan and cruelty free formula. Good size bottle for the price so it will last a while.

I thought toner was something like witch hazel that is used to make sure all of the makeup is off. But this is a creamy light lotion to put on the face. It dries quickly and I follow with my serum. I do feel like my face looks softer and more moisturized. It is not oily or greasy. I will keep using it.
