This product was available on Amazon but a little bit higher priced. I've been taking glucosamine/chondroitin, MSM, etc., etc. for many years now. It's a good product to take for someone that has joint issues. This is why I buy it time and time again because of the properties it contains and helps with my overall joint system. I've been using this product for 5 months and it does a good job. I'm a physician and I was looking for an almost complete collagen supplement (type I - II -II - IV). This one just has until III, but I'm happy with it, even more that has hyaluronic acid. I've notice that my nails are stronger, shiny and don't break easily. My hair is growing FASTER than ever (it is by my butt right now). Skin is also healthier than before. Totally recommended this product. The most complete collagen supplement in the market that I've ever seen. I just take 2 capsules a day, that's enough to see good results in me.
