l was able to sleep with it withno problem. lt didn't open up as l slept. lt is longer than my hait, but its ok because l'm letting my hair grow. My hair is upto my shoulders. Need to have it trimmed. One doesn't need to wet their hair. Like that more than one comes in the box.
