I was hesitant to try this product due to most of the reviews being promotional. This product works the way they say it does. A person who took four NSAIDs a day to fight cramping I no longer need them. I took Rael three days prior to my menstral and then an additional four days. It was amazing. Slight cramping but nowhere near the pain I would previously go through. I will definitely take this natural product as my monthly savior.

AMAZING

Bought this as a recommendation from a friend after telling her about my intense menstrual cramps. I usually get bad cramps my first and second days but after following the instructions and started 4 days prior this is the first i've never had cramps during my cycle. 10/10 recommend.
