If I could give minus stars it would be like 10. This was simply a nightmare. When the package arrived it was not damaged in any way. Yet in putting it together we found a small very sharp dent that you could not pound out to make this unit work right. The was another dent in one of the side panels. If you look at the photos in the walmart app, it has a bottom rack, a SLOTTED middle shelf and then the top shelf. I got the bottom rack, and two top shelves. The dent in the middle of the shelf makes it so the doors do not shut. But the weirdest thing is, when installing the doors there's supposed to be a catch to keep the door from sliding completely off and into your hand. The catch was in the back. And you can't turn it around so the catch is where it's supposed to be, because the slots where the back panels slide in are there. And yet they packaged this Defective, Malfunctioning, so called dish drying rack, and sent it to me. I wrote the company. They said they would refund me or replace it, but I would have to pay to send the Defective one back! I told them I do not have the money or energy to pack this pile up after what I went through the day before to put it together. I'm 70 years old. I said, can't you just send me my slotted middle rack!? NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. Will never order from this company again!
