Diono Radian 3R Original 3 Across Car Seat Booster 50610-US-01

I will start by saying we LOVE this slender seat. If you're looking for something that is safe but yet minimal this is the seat! (((( I want to plug this in here because I know when you have a smaller vehicle you have to do your research to find seats that fit- I have a 2018 Toyota Tacoma 4 door. I am 5'4” and my husband is 5'10”.)))) My almost 4 year old was not at all pleased with any of her convertible seats and I was over hearing those complaints. The design of convertible seats always guide little legs/feet to go up and straight out forcing feet on the back of the front seats. Convertible seats are so darn bulky. With the Diono she can now climb into her own seat! Big sister can now comfortably ride in the middle.. the Diono fits in the middle seat too. There is space to comfortably have 2 other kids or 2 adults next to this seat. It's seriously doesn't take up any extra space at all! It seems like it's just a manufacture add-on to the vehicles seat. It looks almost like an aftermarket 5 point harness adult seat (but mini). It's narrow, sleek and awesome! I was told these are notoriously hard to install so I fueled up on some carbs and was prepared to get a good sweat on... but it was super easy to install forward facing with the seat belt (phew). If you're going to be rear facing you would have to install in the middle. I wouldn't use this seat for a newborn. We did purchase two cup holders but if you want you can order 4 cup holders. My little isn't the biggest fan of the large chest clip pads but she forgot about them after 2-3 car rides.
