I love Mr. Beer, period! My wife actually bought the brewing kit for me for Christmas, and I haven't felt the need to buy beer again. Still waiting to try the Diablo IPA, but I've brewed the Lager, Oktoberfest, American Lager, Red Ale, and brown ale. Even when I added and altered the flavor, all were a hit with friends, so I won't expect anything different from the IPA, especially since I added cinnamon, lemon zest, and vanilla to it 😁👍

OK, this is premature, since my brew is still in the carbonation stage, but the pre-bottling sample tasted great -- rich and bitter. I love the ease of the process and the clarity of the instructions. I would have like reassurance that 2 carbonation drops is sufficient for 1 liter bottles, (package notes 1 for 1/2 liter and 2 for 759 ml), but it seemed reasonable to go with 2, so all is good -- or will be when it ripens.
