Hob - From Ambient - Add 1 cup mix to 1 cup water and ½ cup sour curd(plain yogurt) to form batter. Set aside for 10 mins. Alternatively, form batter with 1 ½ cups water. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and onions. Roast both the sides till golden brown. Serve hot. (Cup can be replaced with any sized container of your choice.). MTR Tip:. Serve hot with MTR Sambar, Coconut chutney and potato curry. Makes about 25 Uttapams. Serves 12-13. Please Remember: Use a dry spoon. • Once opened, transfer the contents to an air tight container
