Best prenatal

I have found this vitamin to be the most complete multivitamin prenatal. I take this even when not expecting/pregnant. I love how it is now just a once a day pill and is packed with the very best vitamins and minerals. I love that they use the methylated forms of folate and b-12 and include many other supplements that I used to take separately. These prenatal don't upset my stomach like others have in the past due to the gentle iron they use. I won't use any other prenatals ever again!
