Easy to install, Solid!

I just installed this shelving system in an 8' x 4' Closet. Very easy to install, had to cut the uprights with my miter saw and a blade made for metal. I also needed to cut the wire shelving. I used a 14" bolt cutter. Over all very happy with the outcome! I am currently looking for the white rail covers for the Fast Track line. The top rail is kind of an eye sore. Found covers for another shelving series by Rubbermaid, but I'm not sure if it will fit the Fast Track rails.

Good Product

Some of these reviews are laughable. Their are no instructions. Their are no 60” tracks. The screws just spin in the wall. I guess it's because of people like yourselves that handyman jobs exist. Hahaha 1. It's a rail track shelving system. Not exactly worthy of a PhD requires to mount. 2. They can't make track system in every inch from 10” to 100”. It's called get the amount of pieces required and trim what's not needed with a metal blade mounted on a miter saw. Or their are other ways to cut it. 3. How is it Rubbermaid's fault you failed to find a stud to screw into? That's like complaining to Ford because your car ran out of gas! I bought this system last week and was easy to mount and customize it for my pantry. Looks sharp and love the narrow shelves for increased weight capacity. Very sturdy (especially since I mounted it to wall studs). I can easily recommend this to anyone. Yes, you may need some fairly cheap special tools such as a stud finder, drill, etc. Miter saws can be expensive but I believe Lowe's and Home Depot both have ability to trim these to length you tell them if you ask.

Great ..allows changes as needed for usage.

With addition of children have been able to adapt original Fast Track system to meet changing needs.
