Gaiam pads work well for Yoga floor exercises!

The pads feel like dense foam and your knees sit comfortably inside the circular inset. When exercising on my area rug the pads stay in place. When you need to move around on the floor they slide freely without slipping away. However, on laminate flooring the pads are slippery. They are sized appropriately so as not to interfere with the other one and your legs can move freely. They are easy to clean with soap/water/dry towel or a wipe. They are reasonably priced and will probably last for a long time.
