I have been taking these elderberry gummies for many years. I wish they were not so expensive. I feel they have helped me with colds, sore throats and cold sores. My only complaint was I ordered from store for delivery and NEVER RECEIVED. Reported missing from shipment and John said there was a mix up at store ( I only had 2 items in the store delivery order) but he handled it very quickly and promptly.
