I never believed that these things actually helped, but I was very pleasantly surprised that they do! Since I was little I've had terrible pains in my colon from gas bubbles that get trapped! To be very blunt: This does not eliminate gas and bloating - it makes the walls of gas bubbles so thin that they all form one big bubble. Then you have more control over when that one big bubble comes out and can, you know, get outside, get to a private place, get to a bathroom, whatever. So it helps you MANAGE the gas, and as someone who eats a lot of beans and lentils (especially lentils) and vegetables, it really does work. There's no flavor, they're purple, very economical, and I take one daily. I did warn you I was going to be blunt! Sorry! But it does help a lot, and it's really uncomfortable when I miss a day - really, that's how much of a difference these make.
