Mild flavor, but very nice to eat!

Almost Everything made by Kind has good oil in it basically canola instead of palm…. That makes it a healthy choice. I like these honey oats, especially the taste is mild, but I think I am getting some benefits from the honey. (none of the kind bars are overly sweet, which is refreshing.) I would recommend they are a little softer and easier to chew than the chocolate or the almond, but I like those also. They are a good buyfor the price.

Sometimes a person just wants something softer in the morning with coffee. These bars are packed full of protien and can fit into a purse, or computer bag or backpack. They taste pretty good as well, a nice combo of oats to honey ratio. Use them as breakfast, or a snack, worth the money if you can find them and they are not sold out
