Instructions
Slide your Custom Fit® ¾ length insert into your shoe, fabric side up. Put the insert marked Left and Right in the appropriate shoe. Place the heel cushion of the insert against the back of each shoe. We recommend replacing your Custom Fit® Orthotics every 6-12 months or at the first signs of wear. If your feet are a little snug in the first couple days of wearing your new inserts, this is normal. Please allow up to 1 week for your feet to adapt to the use of the new inserts in your shoes.

"Oh what a relief it is"
I have used these for many years. Too bad the fitting stations are gone, so remember to save your insert Info. ( CF 430 ) example. I wear them all day long on concrete floors; not recommended for use on ladder rungs. The compressed cork or custom made plastic inserts work better there.

No more pain and aches.
It's a wonderful product that fits perfectly on my shoes and makes me feel like walking on clouds. No more pain and aches. Minimizes the pain on both soles, feet and toes as well as my lower back. I always have an extra pair handy when I am away home or traveling. I can't live without it.
