This is top of the line in 12" surface cleaners. I had a cheaper one with no wheels go bad in its second season. The bearing in the arm rotator locked up. That one had a plastic swivel arm and a plastic rotor. 100% of the tubing and swivel valve on this model are made of aluminum or cast brass. Included is a little orifice cleaning wire, taped to the top of the shell so don't overlook it. The wheels provide a more constant cleaning distance from the pavement to the jets and a smoother sweeping motion without hanging up as much on every tiny irregularity in the pavement or paver stones and the swiveling tube on top is longer than most, increasing the reach. When you only have that circle of bristles on the pavement, movement and cleaning action is uneven and its harder to wrangle it where you want. I get back aches so easily while pressure washing but this, and the new 24 inch stainless steel extension rod I just got for my washer's handle will make the work easier with less hand cramping while maintaining a more erect posture. I have poor weather here right now but I'm eager to try this out!
